I received a call from a client who wanted to know whether worker's compensation coverage was sufficient coverage.  When I asked what they were referring to?  He stated - we have people working on rehabbing a house as part of their training, if they get hurt is worker's comp coverage enough?  I informed him that the individuals would be covered under our Worker's Compensation Benefit Plan and I explained the rules in Indiana and how Indiana's worker's comp. is exclusive remedy. He said he had no idea that is how it worked.
